About Jack Piscitelli

New York Educator

An educator from Port Jervis, New York, Jack Piscitelli is a head coach and high school physical education teacher. Before becoming a teacher, Jack Piscitelli worked for High Point Country Club from 2012 to 2020. In this role, he oversaw property maintenance, and he taught a K-12 summer program for two years beginning in 2017.

While working for the country club, Mr. Piscitelli had the opportunity to coach at Port Jervis School District in a voluntary position. As an assistant football coach, he helped prepare players for games, designed custom programs for players, and assessed their performance.

In 2021, Mr. Piscitelli was hired by Minisink Valley Central School District, first as an intern and then as a coach. As an intern, he attended practices and motivated. In Spring 2021, he became an assistant varsity track and field coach, where he worked with the head coach to develop strategies for improving team performance.

Mr. Piscitelli’s education and training include a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the State University of New York (SUNY) and a NYSED provisional credential in K-12 education. He also holds an American Red Cross certificate for first aid, CPR, AED, and lifeguarding.
